As a cooperative structure, Lake View Credit Union lives the values of caring and sharing where we live and work. We dedicate a tremendous amount of human and financial resources to projects and causes in all three of the communities where we are located.
We are lucky to live in an area where groups and communities rally together to overcome formidable problems and achieve life-altering results. Our NEW (starting January 2016) Community Social Responsibility Fund is overseen by a committee comprised of LVCU Directors and LVCU Staff members. The Committee will endeavor to support community programs and projects that support Lake View Credit Union’s mission of enriching our members’ lives and improving the social benefit and well being of our communities. We embrace the concept of partnership, rather than sponsorship, where there is value for all parties.
This program is designed for larger requests that fall outside of the community groups asking for small cash or in-kind donations. Applications can be submitted for any funding amount up to $10,000/group.
