Internet (MemberDirect®) Online Banking

Bank and pay bills from anywhere at anytime with online banking. It’s a safe and reliable way to do your daily banking without having to leave home.

Online banking can be accessed by clicking on the icon at the top-right corner of the Lake View Credit Union website or at this link.

GETTING STARTED

Visit your nearest branch and we’ll get you started with online banking. You’ll be issued a Personal Access Code (PAC). This code ensures the security and confidentiality of your access. If you have any questions, please contact your nearest Lake View branch. We’ll be happy to show you how you can fully utilize the flexibility and convenience of online banking.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

To use Lake View’s MemberDirect® online banking, you’ll need a personal computer with Internet access. Your browser must have 128 bit encryption, Cookies enabled and JavaScript.

If you attempt to access MemberDirect® without 128 bit encryption, you will be advised that you have weak encryption and will not be able to proceed. MemberDirect® Online Banking is designed for 800.600 screen resolution or higher.

If your current browser does not support 128 bit encryption, you can download the appropriate update free of charge from

Firefox (http://www.getfirefox.com/) or Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download) websites. Please note that this download could take from 10 minutes to over 2 hours to complete, depending on the type of browser upgrade you require and your modem speed.

To maximize your Internet banking experience and for your Internet security, we recommend using the latest supported browsers. Please note that we do not support Beta or test versions of browsers.

Biometric Login

Internet Explorer is the only browser that supports our current biometric login. Biometric login is required to access some Business Online Banking functionality.

Supported Standards

For our technically inclined users, the particular specifications that we support are XHTML 1.0 Transitional, CSS 1.0 and 2.0, DOM Level 1 and 2, and ECMA Script (JavaScript). The site will work using all the browsers that correctly implement these specifications.

128-Bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption

To access our services, your browser must also support 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. All the browsers we support meet this requirement. If yours doesn’t, please download the appropriate encryption support from your browser’s supplier.

Cookies

To use our online banking services, you must enable your browser to accept cookies. Detailed information on our use of cookies is available in our Privacy Statement. For more information on enabling and disabling cookies, please refer to your browser’s Help section or documentation.

JavaScript

We have no minimum hardware requirements; however, certain minimum requirements may be specified by the browser you are using.
